Family Duplex

Designed for a Residential Studio class. Project met all local and state building code and zoning requirements. The project was completed using AutoCAD.

This 2 story, duplex features unique units with a contemporary design and layout. Both units have an open living/dining/kitchen layout with views of the park to the east.

Unit A features 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the upper floor as well as an open flex space. Unit B has two bedrooms with deck access, a full bath, and a flex space.
